The Harvard brass band has now been in existence for several years, and has done good and valued services in presidential parades and the like. The rehearsal of the band last night was well attended and all seemed to show a desire to improve the talent and musical ability of the band, yet there are some members who have been negligent of late and should be awakened to the interests of the band. A brass band is an honor of which the college ought to be proud, and those who are able to play any band instrument should not let this organization decline for want of torch-light processions.
