We are glad to observe the activity of the Classical Club. It is well that such a society exists in these Philistine days of classical crusades, and it is well that such a club finds room to breathe. The hurry and rush of life in this case has not proved dominant. A humane and gentlemanly interest in the classics may be growing rarer each year, but we trust that the Classical Club will still be able, despite this fact, to maintain its influence and energy.
