The action taken by the Boston Society of Architects in forwarding to Professor Norton a large number of tickets to their exhibition, to be distributed to those engaged in studying the fine arts, is very thoughtful, and merits some acknowledgment. As a recognition of the college in its capacity as an art school this action is worthy of some notice. So little is said of the art studies of Harvard that the really good work done in this department is too much overlooked.
