Professor Palmer has announced that the final examination in Philosophy IV will consist of a thesis written in the examination room. The subject will be a "Theory of Conscience."

The Pennsylvania college boys are training every day under the watchful eye of Ellis Ward. Ward thinks the personnel of the crew much stronger this year than last and is confident that they will make a better showing.

The new Cambridge gymnasium will be opened next Monday evening. Dr. Sargent will lecture on the "Benefit of Gymnastic Exercise," and members of the Turnverein Union and Association gymnasiums of Boston will give an exhibition.
