A., '67, as sub-committee of the committee on the election system in the Harvard Club, New York, has prepared a paper making sharp issue with the advocates of the system as practiced at Harvard, and the club is circulating the article widely, together with the article in the Andover Review, advocating the system, by Professor Palmer, P.
