The petition which asks for a course of general reading in History 13 is one which every member of the course will do well to sign. The scarcety of reserved books bearing upon the outline now renders it almost impossible for a man to work up the course without expending double the time which the work deserves. The proposed scheme will obviate much of this waste time.
