The students in the university who are interested with researches in subjects connected with political science, have reason to congratulate themselves that the efforts of Professor Taussig to have University 14 fitted up as a library and reading-room for students in political economy have been successful. The impossibility of working in the college library in the evening seems to be an evil that can not be eradicated, so the use of the room in University becomes an advantage all the more valuable. The only thing to be regretted is that the other departments have not been so fortunate as that of political economy.
