It seems that the freshmen who subscribed so liberally to the support of their nine have not been found so prompt in paying their subscriptions. It is a great burden to a class to have debts dragging on from year to year, and the freshmen will assume this burden unless they give what money they promised to give. The amount unpaid, we understand, is amply sufficient to settle all outstanding bills, and the management of the nine has a right to rely upon its payment. Every freshman who has not paid his subscription should make it a point of honor to do so before leaving Cambridge.
