The '86 and '88 class sports will take place on Holmes at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The following is the list of events which will be contested:
'88. Broad jump.- Brewer, Peck. Quarter-mile.- Dana, Davidson. 220-yards.- Holden, Thayer.
'86. 100 yards.- R. D. Smith, J. D. Bradley. 220 yards.- F. S. Churchill, C. O. Lander, R. D. Smith. Quartermile.- F. S. Churchill, C. O. Lander, S. Coolidge. Broad jump.- C. O. Lander, J. D. Bradley, F. S. Churchill.
Any other entries will be received today, provided the above contestants do not object.
Entries for Saturday's meeting close at 8 P.M. to-morrow.
All candidates for the Mott Haven team are requested to meet every morning in front of Matthews at 8 o'clock, from now until May 23rd.
