Harvard Shooting Club.

The club will open a series of shot gun matches, to run through three competitions, on Wednesday the 25th. The winners in each class will be determined by the aggregate of their two best scores. The entry in each match for the entire series will be 50 cents. Conditions as below.

MATCH A. Open to all members. Five pairs, double birds, 18 yards rise. Prizes, a cup, and a Silver Medal.

MATCH B. Open to all members, except such as are credited with a record of 10 straight birds, 10 single birds, 18 yards rise, five angles. Prizes, a cup, and 2 Silver Medals.

MATCH C. Open only to freshman members, and to such members as have never been credited with a higher score than 5 out of 10 clay birds. 10 single birds, 16 yards rise, 5 angles. Prizes, a cup, and two Silver Medals.

In addition to the above prizes, silver medals will be awarded members makking a score of ten straight birds for the first time. Arrangements have been made with the Middlesex Sportsman's Club whereby any members desiring practice may shoot at Watertown to-day. The following holders of clean-score records are barred from Match B.- W. L. Allen, '86; F. B. Austin, '86; J. A. Frye, '86; F. S. Palmer, '87, W. H. Slocum, '86. Members are requested to preserve this programme, as it will not be again published.
