CLASS-DAY AT OBERLIN.

In regard to the proposition to abolish the customary class-day exercises, the Oberlin Review says : "We understand that the question is coming up of abolishing the class days. Of course, in the past, there have been some reasonable grounds for objection. The principal one is, that they tend to increase the expenditures, which necessarily are becoming greater from year to year. We do not think, however, that anything which tends to develop a spirit of unity and class enthusiasm should be put down."
