We are glad to be able to announce to those interested in the reading-room that the success of the project is now assured. The fact that the Harvard Union has appointed a committee to take charge of the matter is a guarantee that the reading-room will be established, and we think that the action of the Union will be much appreciated. The advantages of a reading-room are undeniably great, and we do not doubt that the reading-room will prove a great success.
