But seriously, the custom which the competing cars have lately fallen into of driving slowly so as to "hold" the cars of the rival line, is little less than an outrage. If this state of things which now prevails is allowed to continue we should not be surprised to see a line of cars lying at anchor on Main street at some not distant day, or, worse yet, the drivers may receive instructions to drive backwards. No wonder that an L road is prayed for by Harvard men.
