Today the nine plays its second championship game of the season. The victory over Brown last week has had the effect of encouraging the team and the college at large at a time when such encouragement is most gladly received. Although the Amherst nine is considered much stronger than our first opponent, if the team plays with the earnestness and vim which it displayed in the game with Brown last week, a close, and we hope a victorious game will be the result. The contest will be interesting and exciting, and will undoubtedly deserve the support which it is sure to receive.
