The French officials who attended the World's Fair in Boston last fall have published an interesting account of their visit to the "Hub" and its surroundings. On their trip to Cambridge the visitors were greatly struck with the cathedral-like appearance of the library and the grandeur of Memorial Hall. The account of Harvard closes with the remarks that "the greater part of the students are accustomed to visit the European countries during the summer vacation in order to perfect themselves in the study of the living languages."
