The new medical college building presented to the University of Vermont by Mr. John P. Howard was dedicated to its uses on Thursday, the address being delivered by the Hon. Henry Ballard. Mr. Howard is absent in California. He will transform the old medical college building into a gymnasium for the use of the students at the university.
