A Law and Order League has been formed in Cambridge, and it promises to be a strong organization, as influential gentlemen, representing all shades of opinion on general questions of temperance legislation, have associated themselves in the work of promoting the enforcement of existing laws. The following is a list of the officers: President, Colonel T. W. Higginson; vice presidents, Hon. Frank A. Allen and Prof. Francis G. Peabody; treasurer, Mr. Edward Kendall; secretary, Mr. George H. Ryther; auditor, Mr. Harry Ellis.
