DEAR MR. STORROW-We have carefully considered the reasons given by you in appealing from the decision of the advisory committee on boating in the matter of the employment of Colonel Bancroft. Consideration only the more convinces us of the wisdom of the advice given by the committee on boating, and we therefore request you to discontinue immediately the employment of Colonel Bancroft as coach.
