At a meeting of the marshals of the four classes held on Tuesday evening, it was decided that no transparencies be carried referring either directly or indirectly to Mr. Blaine or Mr. Cleveland, to the Republican or Democratic parties, or to the political situation whatsoever. But, as the college transparencies have always been a feature of the procession, it was deemed advisable to request the under-graduates to carry as many transparencies of other descriptions as possible.
