Chicago has a new educational institution called the Correspondence University, and here, in the language of the circulars, the "study and culture usually confined to college halls, may be accessible to any one in the land at a moderate expense." It proposes to do more. and its post post-graduate correspondence "offers a common platform for the scholars and graduates of our highest universities." The faculty of the Correspondence University is composed of celebrated specialists selected from the faculties of the best Universities and Colleges in the United States. -[Ex.]
