The University Club in New York, hitherto located at the corner of Fifth avenue and Thirty-fifth street, has secured a lease of the former club house and theatre of the Union League Club, at Madison avenue and Twenty-sixth street. The lease is for five years and three months from Feb. 1, 1884, at an annual rental of $22,500, with the privilege of a five years' renewal at $24,000 a year.
