After the few storms of the season thus far, there has been a notable lack of care employed in keeping free from snow the sidewalks and crossings leading to Memorial. We therefore call the attention of the "powers that be" to this fact. There are probably no walks as much traversed as these, and yet they have been allowed to remain covered with snow or ice in slippery condition, and comparatively uncared for. This evidently must be remedied. There is no reason why these walks should not receive proper attention. And now that notice has been made of them, it will be inexcusable if hereafter they are allowed to remain in the same condition as for the last month or two.
