Professor Willard Fiske, who has been the librarian of Cornell University and one of the most prominent members of the faculty since the university was organized, is about to leave Ithaca in the midst of general regret. His valuable art and literary collections, which have been deposited in the library and other buildings on the campus, will leave Ithaca also. Professor Fiske will go abroad, to remain several years.
