The University of Pennsylvania makes complaint because it was not invited to join the Inter-Collegiate Tennis Association. The University Magazine claims that the game has been played at that college as long as at any other, and that if opportunity were given it would make a hard fight for the championship. It ridicules the idea of the colleges that have won the least reputation in tennis starting the association without inviting the colleges that have done most in the sport to enter.
