Secretaries of all societies are requested to send to the chairman of the committee the day or days of the week, and the hours, at which the various societies will find it most convenient to have the groups taken. By complying with this request a more satisfactory set of groups can be obtained than if the times were arbitrarily appointed by the committee, as must otherwise be the case.
