It is reported that the recent mutinous conduct of the cadets at the Annapolis Naval Academy is in great part owing to the bad blood that has existed at the naval academy for a comparatively long period between the superintendent and cadets. The proceedings, as any observer of naval academy methods can see, will end in the dismissal of some of the cadets, the breaking down of the rebellion, and a vindication of the superintendent.
