"Recent Decision of the Supreme Court on the Civil Rights Bill." 4. "Government Control of Telegraph." The graduating theses must be written upon the following subjects : 1. "Development of the Law of mortgages." 2. "Estoppel by Silence." 3. "Joint Ownership by Chattles." The subject for those studying for the degree of M. L. is : "The Consolidation of Railways and the Government of Cities." For those in the D. C. L. course it is "Customary Law."
