A concert was given by the Yale Glee Club in Tremont Temple on Wednesday evening. The audience showed their appreciation of the singing by hearty applause. A novelty - whistling by Mr. Jones - introduced into one of the songs, "Ching a ling," made that piece the most "taking" of all. There were five soloists, including Mr. Adler, '86, the warbler. The solo of Mr. Woodward was, perhaps, the best rendered of any, and was certainly highly enjoyable.
