Dr. Sargent's article in the current number of the North American Review again suggests the advisability of organizing "development" classes such as existed two years ago. We feel unable to add to the arguments in favor of such classes presented by Dr. Sargent in his article, but will merely call attention to the fact that most of the men who were benefitted by the classes in existence at that time have since left college, so that a large amount of new material is at hand which has not as yet received any special physical training. Everyone knows the popularity of these courses in the past and we feel sure that a revival of graded classes will be much appreciated.
