The Alumni of Cornell University residing in New England have effected an organization with Frank W. Proctor, '73, president; Mary H. Ladd, '75, vice-president; C. Everett Washburn, '76, secretary and treasurer. The executive committee is composed of the officers named, together with Edith Bradford, '79, and Charles W. Ames, '78. The association thus formed, under the name of the New England Association of Cornell Alumni, consists of ladies and gentlemen, graduates of the university since its formation in 1868, and of former under-graduated students, who are admitted to associate membership. The objects of the association are partly social, but mainly to secure concert of action on subjects of special importance to the alumni.
