EDITORS HARVARD HERALD: Complaints in regard to musical fiends are old; and all remedies heretofore proposed seem to have been inadequate. I have to propose a solution of the question, which it seems to me cannot but be satisfactory. Since every other means has failed, why cannot the college set apart one entry in one of the college buildings where rooms will be let to all possessing and playing upon musical instruments exclusively.
