The class photographic committee of '83 is composed of Moffat, Cushing and Day.

An article on protoplasm in the August number of the Chicago Scientific Journal was written by L. W. Kendall, '84.

There will be a meeting for the election of class officers for '85, Thursday evening at 7 P.M. in Holden Chapel. A full attendance is desired.

An arrangement will probably be made by which all old Exeter men who desire to do so will be able to attend the centennial celebration at Exeter next June.

The following named have been elected officers in Delta U. for the first part of the fall term : President, Hodges, '83; vice-president, Wilson, '84; recording secretary, Nutter, '85; treasurer, Wilcox, '83; corresponding secretary for the academic year, Webster, '84.

All who wish to try for the Pierian Sodality are requested to present themselves at 14 Holworthy at 7.15 P.M., either Friday or Monday next, and bring with them their music and instruments.

The following is written on a card upon the door of a freshman's room in Thayer : "I, - freshman hereby defy the members of the sophomore class, or any other Harvard man to tear more cards from my door than I can replace.
