A sad accident occurred at Dartmouth College Saturday. W. L. Flint, a sophomore of Portland, Me., was accidentally shot by Jos. H. Howe of Concord, N. H. Flint lived only a short time.
During the performance of the "Lady of Lyons" at Rochester Saturday, in which Anna Dickinson played Claude Melnotte, she was called out and presented with a magnificent necklace of amethysts.
