BY the change of hour in Fine Arts 3, from 2 to 3 o'clock, Wednesday, a large number of men who had elected the course are prevented from taking it. This does not seem fair, especially since the hour has already once been altered to suit the convenience of the instructor. We are not aware that any satisfactory reason has been assig??? for the present change.
