CONSTITUTION.

ARTICLE I. - NAME.

This Association shall be known as the Harvard Athletic Association.

ARTICLE II. - MEMBERSHIP.SEC. I. The Association shall be open for membership to all members of the University and others, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.

SEC. II. Members of the Association, on severing their connection with the University, shall become past members of the Association.

SEC. III. None but active members shall be entitled to vote or shall be eligible to office.

ARTICLE III. - OFFICERS.SEC. I. The officers of this Association shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

SEC. II. The above officers shall elect not more than two members from each of the four classes in the academic course to serve as stewards and to form, together with the officers, an Executive Committee in which shall be vested the management of the Association. They shall hold office until the annual meeting, or until their successors are chosen.

ARTICLE IV. - DUES.The entrance fee to the Association shall be two dollars, the payment of which will be held as submission to the Constitution, Rules, and Regulations of the Association.

ARTICLE V.- AMENDMENT OR REPEAL.This Constitution may be amended or repealed by a four-fifths vote of the Executive Committee.
