IT becomes necessary to say once more that we do not publish communications sent to us anonymously. This week two poems and one or two contributions have been sent in unaccompanied by the names of their writers, and consequently are not published. There are certain things that every paper must insist upon: one is, that articles shall be written only on one side of the paper; and another, that the writer's name shall in every case be known to the Editors. Will those who favor us with communications please bear these facts in mind?
