THE Tournament of the Athletic Association last Saturday was a success, and the one to-morrow should be as good, if not better. It should be better. Experientia docet. The experience gained last week should be used. The contests of last Saturday began at the hour announced, and there were none of those vexatious delays between them to which we are so much accustomed, yet they did not end until an hour after the time expected. The programme was too long for two hours. Much of the pleasure that would have been taken in the boxing and wrestling was lost because they came at the hour of lunch. Many left before they began, and the others who remained seemed impatient and eager for the end. If to-morrow's programme is divided, and only half of it given, the change will be agreeable to spectators.
