IN the new version of the College "Bible" that appears this week few changes are noticeable. Admission conditions that are not removed by excellence in the study in which the condition was given, nor cancelled by examination during the year, "can be made up only at the beginning of some subsequent academic year, at the regular examination for admission."

Scholarships and the requisitions for degrees remain unaltered. Attendance is enforced at mid-year as well as final examinations in electives taken to work off conditions; in the case of a prescribed study a condition may be removed by attaining over fifty per cent at an anticipatory examination, provided the study is not pursued longer than a half-year. Notice of a student's intention to make up any condition during the academic year must be given to the Registrar on or before October 15 of that year.

Absence from any mid-year examination entails a make-up examination to take place during the annuals. Absence from a final examination shall be considered as a condition, unless such absence be excused first and a special examination granted on a written petition given to the Registrar before September 1.

Fifty unexcused absences from prayers are now allowed, and during absence on excuse or for a prolonged stay two cuts are deducted every week from this allowance, which is diminished by ten, as before, if a student is regularly excused from Monday prayers.

Such seem to be the only alterations of any importance; yet we advise all to read the regulations once at least during their college course, and there is no time like the present.
