WE have been asked to call attention to the number of "loafers" who are often about the boat-houses. They distract the attention of the workmen from their proper business and are in the way of the students, beside bringing the latter in closer contact than is desirable with the mysteries of professional oarsmanship. It should be understood that the boat-house was built for the students, and not to serve as a boating exchange.
