THE food at Memorial has lately grown steadily worse and worse; at present it is nearly unbearable, and as "man cannot live by bread alone" he must either leave Commons or cease to live. The late dinners have proved very popular, and during October the fare was passable, but it is now so wretched that some change is needed, and the sooner it is made the better. We refer our readers to a very carefully written article on this subject, and we fully agree with the sentiments it expresses.
