Safety Pathways And More Crime
In light of the 10 robberies and attempted robberies that have taken place in the past few weeks, HUPD has released a map of designated safety pathways around campus for those who may be traveling alone or at night.
Harvard Continues Extra Yard Officers
Additional police officers hired in response to a robbery outside Thayer Hall last Thursday will continue to patrol the Yard this weekend, according to a Harvard University Police Department spokesman.
Armed Robber Strikes in Yard
A man unaffiliated with Harvard was robbed at gunpoint in the Yard yesterday at 2:45 a.m., according to a community advisory e-mailed to the Harvard affiliates yesterday morning by the Harvard University Police Department.

A man was the victim of an attempted armed robbery on Massachusetts Avenue near Sacramento Street right outside of the Dudley Co-op on Saturday at 12:45 a.m., according to the Cambridge Police Department.
